§ 70.044  UNNECESSARY NOISE WITH TIRES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person in the operation of a motor vehicle to intentionally cause the tires of the motor vehicle to make any loud or unusual noise unnecessary in the normal and lawful operation of the motor vehicle.
