§ 70.035  CONSUMPTION OF LIQUOR ON PUBLIC PROPERTY, ALLEYS AND THE LIKE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to consume alcoholic liquors, as defined by Chapter 114 of this code, in the city parks, public streets, alleys, parking areas, roads or highways or inside vehicles while upon the city parks, public streets, alleys, parking areas, roads or highways.
