§ 70.003  OBEDIENCE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS; OBLIGATION TO EXHIBIT OPERATOR’S LICENSE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly fail or refuse obey any lawful order of any law enforcement officer who is controlling or directing traffic.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person operating a motor vehicle upon the streets or public highways within the jurisdiction of the city to fail or refuse to exhibit his or her operator’s license when directed to do so by a law enforcement officer.
