§ 54.07  DURATION OF LIABILITY.
   All electrical customers shall be liable for the minimum rate provided by resolution unless and until the consumer shall, by written order direct the Manager to shut off the electricity in which case he or she shall not be liable thereafter for electrical service until the electricity is turned on again.
