§ 53.35  INSPECTIONS.
   The chief sewer official, or his or her authorized agents, shall have free access between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to all parts of each premise and building which is connected with the sewer system to ascertain whether there is any disrepair or violations of this chapter therein.
