Application for a permit shall be made in writing to the Building Inspector on a form approved by the officer. All applications shall be accompanied by plans and specifications in sufficient detail to show clearly the supply piping, pipe sizes, depth of pipes below ground surface, location of valves, vacuum breakers, adjacent curbs, sidewalks, property lines and other pertinent information required or deemed necessary by the Building Inspector.
