(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person found violating § 51.073 shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500. The continuation of a violation of § 51.073 shall be deemed an additional crime for every 24 hours of the continued violation, in addition the city may obtain injunctive relief and sue for damages and remediation, and pursue any other remedy available to it under the laws of the state or other authority having jurisdiction over the matters.
