§ 51.069  CUSTOMER BOOSTER PUMPS.
   (A)   No person shall install or maintain a water service connection to a premises where a booster pump has been installed on the service line to or within the premises unless the booster pump is equipped with a low pressure cut-off system designed to disable the booster pump when the pressure in the service line on the suction side of the pump drops to 20 psi or less.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of every water customer with a booster pump to maintain the low-pressure cut-off system in proper working order and to test the system at least once per year.
