§ 51.067  BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICES REQUIRED.
   (A)   A customer of the City Water Department shall install an approved backflow prevention device at his or her expense appropriate to the potential hazards as set forth in Title 179 State Department of Health and Human Services, Chapter 2: Regulations Governing Public Water Supply Systems.
      (16)   Packing houses and rendering plants;
      (17)   Premises having radioactive materials;
      (18)   Multi-storied buildings greater than three stories;
      (19)   Temporary services;
      (20)   Other commercial or industrial facilities which may constitute potential cross-connections;
      (21)   Premises having a repeated history of cross-connections being established or reestablished;
      (22)   Premises where it is impossible or impractical to make a complete cross-connection survey; and
      (23)   Premises having internal cross-connections that are not correctable or where plumbing arrangements makes it impractical to determine whether or not cross-connections exists.
