§ 51.066  BACKFLOW AND CROSS-CONNECTION SURVEYS AND INVESTIGATIONS.
   (A)   Periodically customers of the City Water Department shall be required to access their water system for potential backflow and back siphonage hazards and report any potential hazards to the City Water Department upon a form supplied by the Department to the customer.
   (B)   The Manager, or his or her agent, shall have the right to enter a premises served by the City Water Department at all reasonable times for the purpose of making surveys and investigations of water use practices and the water system within the premises. If the customer refuses to allow access to the premises, water service shall be discontinued after due notice to the customer thereof.
   (C)   The customer shall take any steps necessary for the protection of public health and safety as determined by the Manager.
