§ 51.052 ADOPTED STANDARDS.

   (A)   The City Water Department Cross-Connection Control Program shall be based on the following standards:

      (1)   Title 179, State Department of Health and Human Services, Chapter 2: Regulations Governing Public Water Supply Systems, which is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth here within;

      (2)   Manual Of Cross-Connection Control, latest edition, published by the Foundation for Cross-Connection Control and Hydraulic Research, University of Southern California, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth here within; and

      (3)   AWWA Manual M-14, latest edition which is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth here within.

   (B)   One copy of each of the above documents is on file with the City Clerk and is available for public inspection at any reasonable time.
