§ 154.025 DIVISION OF THE CITY.

   For the purposes of this chapter, all land within the city, except streets, are divided into the following zoning districts:

   (A)   R-1 Residential: Single- and Two-Family;

   (B)   R-2 Residential: Single- and Two-Family;

   (C)   R-3 Residential: Multiple-Family;

   (D)   R-4 Residential: Manufactured Home Development;

   (E)   B Business; and

   (F)   I Industrial.
