§ 151.106 REVISION OF CERTAIN SECTIONS.

   The following sections are hereby revised:

   (A)   Section 101.1: Insert “City of Auburn”;

   (B)   Section 103.6: Insert: “At such fee as shall be determined, from time to time, by the City Commission”;

   (C)   Section 303.15: Insert: May 1 - October 31;

   (D)   Section 602.3: Insert: September 1 - May 30;

   (E)   Section 602.4: Insert: September 1 - May 30; and

   (F)   Chapter 8, Codes: Insert: Uniform Building Code 1997 Edition with appendices

      Uniform Fire Code 1997 Edition with appendices.
