§ 95.095  CLASSIFICATIONS OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, public works shall be divided into four classifications as follows:
   (A)   Sidewalks;
   (B)   Streets;
   (C)   Water lines; and
   (D)   Driveway culverts.
