§ 32.21 MEETINGS.
   (A)   Regular meetings of the Council shall be the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall for the purpose of conducting the business of the city by the duly elected members of the city legislative body, commonly called the City Council, along with the Mayor; all other elective or appointed city officers are invited to said meetings and shall attend when specifically request. The public, citizens and news media are invited to attend said meetings. Spacial called meeting may be held pursuant to provisions of KRS 61.823.

   (B)   Special meetings of the Council may be called by the Mayor or upon written request of a majority of the Council. In the call, the Mayor or Council shall designate the purpose, time, and place of the special meeting with sufficient notice for the attendance of Council members and for compliance with KRS chapter 61.
   (C)   At a special meeting no business may be considered other than that set forth in the designation of purpose.
   (D)   The minutes of every meeting shall be signed by the City Clerk/Treasurer and by the officer presiding at the meeting.

   (E)   Any matter to be brought before the City Council which will take more than 3-5 minutes to consider shall be put on the agenda by giving notice to the Clerk/Treasurer by filling out the agenda form, at least one week in advance for any scheduled meeting.
