§ 99.09 ADDRESS CHANGE OF HOLDER OF CERTIFICATE OF BURIAL.
   It shall be the duty of the holder of a certificate of burial to notify the Cemetery Administrator of any change in his post office address. Notice sent to the certificate holder at the last address on file in the office of the Cemetery Administrator shall be considered sufficient and proper legal notification.
