§ 98.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined no less than $10 nor more than $50. Each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) Violation of this chapter may be enforced as a civil offense by the Code Enforcement Officer and Code Enforcement Board of the City of Auburn.
