For the purpose of this chapter the following terms are defined as follows.
"GOODS." Any personal property capable of being the object of the sale regulated hereunder.
"PERSON." Individuals, families, residents, or voluntary associations thereof.
"YARD SALE." All sales generally known as garage sales, lawn sales, attic sales, rummage sales, estate sales, or yard sales.
