(A) An alcoholic beverages licensee shall be permitted to sell or dispense alcoholic beverages between the hours of 6:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Monday - Sunday. KRS 244.290(3)(b) and KRS 244.480(4).
(B) Licensees wishing to sell or dispense distilled spirits or wine by the drink on Sunday must obtain a Sunday retail drink license pursuant to KRS 243.050(2).
(C) A licensee may sell and dispense alcoholic beverages on New Year's Eve until 2:00 a.m. on January 1, regardless of the day of the week on which New Year's Eve occurs; provided that, the appropriate licenses have been obtained from both the City and the State ABC Board.
