§ 111.02 SOLICITORS OF MAGAZINES OR PHOTOGRAPHS TO OBTAIN LICENSE.
   (A)   No person, firm, or corporation shall engage in the business of soliciting subscriptions to magazines or other publications or the business of soliciting orders for photographs or photographic portraits, within the city without having first obtained a license and paid the annual license fee therefor hereinafter provided.
   (B)   All persons, firms, or corporations engaging in the business of soliciting subscriptions to magazines or other publications or the business of soliciting orders for photographs or photographic portraits shall pay an annual license fee of $25, payable as of May l in each year. Licenses to engage in these businesses or occupations shall be issued only for a period of one year running from May l each year, and no license shall be issued for less than one year, and no reduction shall be made in the license fee for engaging in these businesses or either of them for a period of less than one year.
