(A) Definition. For the purpose of this section, the definition of "ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES" is the same as the definition in KRS 241.010(2).
(B) No alcoholic beverages shall be sold upon any property owned by the city unless the applicant has obtained a proper license to sell alcoholic beverages, as provided in Chapter 117 of this code of ordinances, and has paid all applicable fees relating thereto.
(C) The sale of alcoholic beverages on city property, including Auburn City Park, shall be restricted to events sponsored or co-sponsored by the city. The sale of alcoholic beverages and the consumption thereof shall be conducted within a defined area. No open containers of alcoholic beverages may be taken or removed from the restricted and defined area.
