§ 93.02 LEGALITY OF ITEMS.

(A) Items described in KRS 227.702 as “CONSUMER FIREWORKS” are legal for retail sale provided all applicable federal and state requirements with respect thereto are met.

(B) Items described in KRS Chapter 227.706 as “DISPLAY FIREWORKS” are not legal for retail sale but are legal under permits granted pursuant to KRS Chapter 227.710 for the purposes specified in that chapter for public display.

(C) Items described by KRS 227.704 as novelties and trick noisemakers are legal for retail sales provided all applicable federal and state requirements with respect thereto are met.

(D) Age requirements shall be the same as described in KRS 227.715.
