(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. Each day’s continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any person who violates § 92.03(I) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) per violation per day.
