(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than $50.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of §§ 73.10 et seq. shall be guilty of a violation and subject to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each violation, plus any court costs which may be imposed. Any person having more than three (3) violations within a twelve-month period shall be subject to having his or her golf cart permit revoked for a period of six (6) months.
