§ 73.13 EXEMPTIONS FROM CERTAIN REGULATIONS.

A golf cart operating pursuant to this subchapter is not considered to be a motor vehicle and is exempt from title requirements of KRS 186.020, vehicle registration requirements of KRS 186.050 and emissions compliance certificates pursuant to KRS 224.20-720.
