Ordinance 2002-05, passed 9-19-02, which adopts a joint sanitary sewer system project for the cities of Auburn and Russellville, Kentucky, to be administered and enforced by Consolidated Infrastructure Management Authority, Inc. (CIMA), is hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. Copies of this ordinance are available to the public in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer.

It contains general provisions and information regarding the use of public sewers; private wastewater disposal; building sewers and connections; fees, permit fees, surcharges and recovery costs; pollutant discharge limits; pretreatment program administration; fees; powers and authority of inspectors; enforcement; and penalties for violation.
