Any person, association, corporation, or other entity convicted of any violation of the provisions of § 50.05 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $100, nor more than $500 or be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than six months or both. Cases of repeated violations may be enjoined by a court of proper jurisdiction by action to be filed by the city or any citizen.
