§ 50.01 LOGAN COUNTY SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN.

   The City Council has reviewed the Logan County Solid Waste Management Plan and hereby approves the following as addressed in the text of the Plan:

   (A)   The objectives set forth in the Plan;

   (B)   The schedule for implementation of waste management programs;

   (C)   The proposed budget of the five-year planning period; and

   (D)   The duties and responsibilities as identified in the Plan.
