§ 33.25  ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   The Village Fire Department was created and established April 5, 1948, under the Illinois Statutes of Fire Districts approved July 8, 1927, forming the organized Fire Department for the village.
   (B)   This Department operates independently of the Village Board under its own table of organization.
