§ 33.09  RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Chief of Police may make or prescribe such rules and regulations for the hours of duty, vacations, uniforms, and conduct of the members of the Police Department as he or she shall deem advisable, and such rules when approved by the President/Mayor and Board shall be binding on such members.
