§ 33.01  CREATION OF DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   There is hereby created a Police Department, an executive department of the village.
   (B)   The Police Department shall consist of the Chief of Police and of such other members as may be provided from time to time by the President/Mayor and Village Board.
