(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating § 31.12 shall be fined $75 for the first offense, $150 for the second offense, and $1,000 plus an appearance in court for the third offense.
