(A) The size of a loading berth shall be at least ten feet in width and 25 feet in length. Each loading berth shall have a minimum vertical elevation of at least 15 feet.
(B) No motor vehicle repair work or service of any kind shall be permitted in conjunction with loading facilities provided in order to comply with this chapter.
(C) All loading berths shall be designed with appropriate means of access to a street or alley in a manner which will least interfere with traffic movement.
(D) Space allocated to loading berths in accordance with this chapter shall not be used to satisfy the off-street parking requirements of the particular use.
(E) All off-street loading shall be subject to the same maintenance requirements as off-street parking spaces. All off-street loading berths shall be subject to the same computational procedures as off-street parking spaces.
