Home occupations are permitted in any residence lawfully being occupied (including the accessory buildings that comply with the definition in § 155.004 of this chapter and any other applications of the municipal code), whether as a single-family home, apartment, duplex, condominium, town house, or any other kind of residence subject to the restrictions set out in the subchapter.
