§ 155.147  RIGHTS OF APPLICANTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS.
   (A)   One continuance may, upon request, be granted for the purpose of presenting evidence to rebut testimony given by the applicant. The date of the continued hearing shall be in the discretion of the Board of Zoning Appeals.
   (B)   The written application for a continuance shall be filed with the Village Clerk signed by the following property owners:
      (1)   The owners of 20% or more of the land with frontage on the same block as, or frontage on the alley in the same block across from, or frontage on the block across from the proposed variance; and
      (2)   The owners of 20% or more of the frontage proposed to be altered, or by the owners of 20% of the frontage immediately adjoining or across from the alley therefrom, or by the owners of 20% of the frontage directly opposite the frontage proposed to be altered.
