§ 155.145  FINDING OF FACT.
   (A)   The Board of Zoning Appeals shall conduct a public hearing and submit a written finding of fact to the Village Board of Trustees.
   (B)   This finding of fact shall consist of and provide accurate and clear answers to the following conditions:
      (1)   The strict and literal interpretation of this chapter;
      (2)   Demonstrate that the strict or literal interpretation of this chapter would result in practical difficulty or physical hardship inconsistent with the purposes and objectives of this chapter;
      (3)   Demonstrate that there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or conditions which exist and are peculiar to that particular parcel of land which are not present or are not applicable to any other parcel of land in that district;
      (4)   Demonstrate that the exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or conditions are not or do not result from any action by the applicant or owners;
      (5)   Demonstrate that the granting of the zoning variance will not constitute a grant of special privilege inconsistent with the limitations on other properties within the same zoning district;
      (6)   Demonstrate that the reason for the variance is not the economic cost of developing that parcel of land; and
      (7)   Demonstrate that the granting of the variance will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, and morals or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity.
