§ 155.112  NEW APPLICATION OR REAPPLICATION.
   No application for a special use permit which has been denied wholly or partly by the Board of Trustees shall be resubmitted for a period of one year from the date of the denial, except on the ground of new evidence or proof of changed conditions found to be valid by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
