§ 155.040  PUBLIC WATER AND SANITARY SEWER FACILITIES.
   The use or installation of private water systems or wells and/or private sanitary facilities or septic systems shall be prohibited within the village. Any building, use, or structure necessitating water or sanitary facilities shall be required to connect to the existing public water and/or sanitary facilities.
