(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) It shall be the duty of the owner and occupant of every house in the village to have placed thereon, in a place visible from the street, figures showing the number of that house, per § 153.15. Any person, firm, or corporation failing to so number any house owned or occupied by him, her, or it after receiving notice to do so from the Village Clerk shall be fined $75 for the first day, $150 for the second day, and $1,000 plus an appearance in court for the third day and every day on for which such failure continues.
