The village plan approved by the corporate authorities shall consist of:
(A) A map of the village, charts, and diagrams showing proposed additions to and improvements of the village streets, parks, public buildings, sewage disposal system, water system, and street lighting system;
(B) The specifications for street construction and paving hitherto established by the corporate authorities;
(C) The zoning ordinance; and
(D) The subdivision control ordinance.
