§ 30.29  MEMBERSHIP IN COMMITTEES.
   The President/Mayor shall appoint the members of all standing and special committees, in the absence of specific direction by the Board, and shall designate the chairperson thereof. Every committee of the Board shall consist of three members including the chairperson, unless the Board of Trustees shall provide otherwise.
