§ 30.23  PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD TO PRESIDE.
   The President/Mayor shall preside at all meetings of the Village Board. He or she shall not vote on any ordinance, resolution, or motion, except where the vote of the Trustees has resulted in a tie.
