§ 30.03  APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS.
   (A)   The President/Mayor shall appoint, by and with the advice and consent of the Village Board, all officers of the village whose election or appointment is not otherwise provided for.
   (B)   Any vacancies occurring in an appointive office shall be filled in the same manner.
