§ 91.03  NITROGLYCERINE; T.N.T.
    It shall be unlawful to keep or store nitroglycerine or the explosive commonly known as T.N.T. in the village in any quantities, excepting for medical or laboratory purposes, and for such purpose no more than one-quarter ounce shall be stored in any one building.
