(A) (1) It shall be unlawful to store any fireworks in the village except as may be necessary for the performers of a licensed public exhibition of pyrotechnics, as hereinafter provided for.
(2) Any such storage must be under the supervision of and subject to the approval of the Fire Marshal.
(B) (1) It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale any fireworks or pyrotechnics in the village; provided that, public exhibitions of fireworks and pyrotechnics may be given if a permit therefor be granted by the Village Board.
(2) Such exhibitions shall be given subject to the supervision of the Fire Marshal or of some person designated by him or her.
