§ 90.21  NOTICE OF IMPOUNDMENT.
   (A)   Immediately after impounding any domestic animal hereunder, it shall be the duty of the Animal Control Warden to enter upon the records of the village in a book to be kept by him or her for such purpose, the date of impounding, a description of the animal impounded, and a record as to whether or not such animal has been licensed and tagged as required by the ordinances.
   (B)   Public notice of the impounding of such animal shall be given by posting one copy of the description of such animal and date of impounding at the pound and one copy of such notice on the bulletin board in the Village Hall. Any such domestic animal not redeemed by the owner thereof within three days after the posting of such notice by the Animal Control Warden shall be and is hereby declared to be a public nuisance. The Animal Control Warden shall immediately kill or destroy such animal.
