§ 90.19  FEES FOR IMPOUNDMENT.
   The fees and charges allowed and fixed by the ordinances of the village for taking up, impounding,  keeping, and disposing of impounded animals shall be paid hereunder for like services at the time and in the manner fixed by said ordinance.
