§ 90.15  ENCLOSURES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep on any premises owned, occupied, or controlled by him or her in the village any animal unless such animal is kept in an enclosure, no part of which is within 75 feet of any dwelling house occupied by human beings, excepting any dwelling house occupied by such person who or that is keeping such animal.
   (B)   All enclosures in which any animals are kept must be kept in a sanitary manner and be regularly cleaned in order to prevent any accumulation of manure or offal.
