§ 90.10  DOMESTIC ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE; IMPOUNDMENT.
   (A)   No owner of any domestic animal shall permit such animal to run at large or to be on any public right-of-way or property other than that of the owner without being securely restrained by a leash or other means.
   (B)   Any domestic animal unlawfully running at large may be impounded.
