§ 90.07  KILLING DANGEROUS ANIMALS.
   (A)   The Animal Control Warden and village police officers are authorized to destroy any dangerous animal of any kind when it is necessary for the protection of any person or property.
   (B)   If any dangerous, fierce, or vicious animal shall be found running at large and cannot be taken up or tranquilized and impounded, such animal may be killed by the Animal Control Warden, any police officer, or any other agent of the village authorized to perform any duty under this chapter.
